Holiday Closures
BioSEND is closed for all U.S. public holidays (observed). Please be sure to note the following on your calendar. BioSEND will send a reminder prior to all holidays which may impact sample shipping.

Between December 24 and January 1, BioSEND will be open Monday through Friday for essential operations ONLY, and we will re-open for normal operations on January 2. Samples should not be shipped to BioSEND during this time. Samples collected between December 24 and January 1 should be stored locally at -80°C and shipped on or after January 2.
Due to the significant increase in online commerce, samples shipped during the week prior to Christmas may be significantly delayed or lost in transit. BioSEND will send notifications at the beginning of December with instructions for sample handling during this time.
Courier services and international study sites may observe a different set of holidays. Please be sure to verify shipping dates with your courier prior to any holiday.
